This music is designed to accompany a one-hour class of asana. A mix of sounds from many cultures and musical styles to encourage internal focus and get you or your students into a trance-like zone to support the practice.
Start the track at the beginning of class and let it take you on a journey.

It's almost like having me there live, in class. This was composed real-time as I do when accompanying a class, with the luxury of a bit of tweaking and mixing afterwards. And without the luxury of me being able to interact in the moment. But try it out. Those who have tested it out pre-release have been quite satisfied and complementary about the experience. Enjoy, and send feedback, please! My goal is to help you create a magical experience.
